Tips for cookies shipped in the summer months

Our cookies are shipped frozen but they do thaw during shipping. During the hot summer months we recommend tracking the package closely to make sure you or someone else can receive the delivery. If the cookies are warm when they arrive, they are still safe and yummy to eat, just pop them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and they’ll regain their composure.

When are the cookies shipped?

Please allow 3-5 days before the cookies are shipped. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid the cookies getting slowed down over the weekend.

When are weirdough club subscription boxes shipped?

Weirdough club boxes are developed at the beginning of each month and then shipped towards the end of each month. You will be notified via email of the new flavors available for each month. If at that time you know you won’t be home for the week of the shipment, please notify us ASAP and we can hold the box back so you’re able to get your cookies!
